Socreates Terms Of Payment

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

(a) Socreates account holders may access the Products in two ways:

  • (i) Monthly Membership: After an initial 7 day free trial, the user will receive all premium benefits as stated below for a recurring monthly rate of $3.99.

  • (ii) Annual Membership: After an initial 7 day free trial, the user will receive all premium benefits for one user as stated below for a recurring annual rate of $33.99.

  • (iii) Family Membership : After an initial 7 day free trial, the user will receive for 4 user accounts all premium benefits as stated below for a recurring monthly rate of $69.99.

  • Premium Benefits of a Socreates membership include access to all twelve 33 Sec Tune-Ups, eighteen Heartfulness Flows, twelve Sacred Geometry Pulses as well as insights videos that you unlock as you progress along the 33 session Journey Within or 18 session Through the Veil Journey. Premium users also get unlimited VentBox recordings and unlimited HeartBox deposits. 

Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, the sale is final, and no refund is possible.  Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final and no refund is possible. Your purchase will be subject to Google’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. If you purchase through one or more of our partners, the purchase may be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of such partners, and payment and management of the bundle subscription may be administered by them. 

(b) You may access Socreates Premium via an individual monthly membership, individual annual membership or family annual membership subscription option. For the purposes of our yearly subscriptions, a year constitutes 365 calendar days.

(c) Our “Monthly”,  “Annual” and “Family” membership plans are paid for by an upfront payment with automatic annual renewals. You acknowledge and agree that Socreates is authorized to charge the Payment Method used for (i) the initial subscription fee at the rate secured at the time of purchase, and (ii) the non-discounted renewal subscription fee(s). You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the renewal subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial subscription period.

(d) Should you want to cancel your subscription, please review and follow the below instructions. 

If you have an iPhone and purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:

  • Open the Settings app 

  • Tap on your name 

  • Tap "Subscriptions"

  • Select the Socreates subscription

  • Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you have an Android phone and purchased your subscription via Google Play:

  • Open the Google Play Store

  • Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions

  • Tap the subscription you want to cancel

  • Tap Cancel subscription

  • Follow the onscreen instructions

(e) You agree to promptly notify Socreates of any changes to the Payment Method you provided while any subscriptions remain outstanding. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all subscriptions purchased by you.

(f) In the course of your use of the Products, Socreates and its third party payment service provider may receive and implement updated credit card information from your credit card issuer in order to prevent your subscription from being interrupted by an outdated or invalid card. This disbursement of the updated credit card information is provided to Socreates and Socreates’s third party payment service provider at the sole election of your credit card issuer. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt-out of the update service. Should you desire to do so, please contact your credit card issuer.

(g) Our obligation to provide the Products only comes into being when we take receipt of your Order. You agree not to hold Socreates Inc responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account. If payment is not received by us from the Payment Method you provided, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. You agree that you are not permitted to resell any Products purchased through Socreates for commercial purposes.

 2. DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

To enjoy Socreates via your smartphone or other Device, your Device must satisfy certain system requirements. These requirements can be found here.

Socreates software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities may also differ between devices. By using our service, you agree to receive, without further notice or prompting, updated versions of Socreates and related third-party software. If you do not accept the foregoing terms, do not use our service.
