This app deserves an Oscar! It is just great and so different from other apps! I struggle with negative thinking, depression, chronical pain and stress. Most apps just focus on journals or meditation/mindfulness but never really explain to you why you think the way you are. They dont put light on all this dark boxes you carry around. Socreates does that! I got so many awakening moments during the first free sessions. I am really excited to continue my journey and get a better version of myself

This is a really great app. I tried a couple other ones before, and was happily surprised that it was so easy to use; plus, it keeps you motivated to continue the journey towards a better, calmer life. It explains concepts using clear, catchy videos, and the meditations are amazing. It helps me through stressful workdays, offers sound advice and lessons, and it's a great complement to my monthly psychologist sessions.

I recently discovered this app and opted to get the premium version after using it, as its contents went hand in hand with what I was already doing in therapy. Everything about the app and its program works well for me. Highly recommended! A big shout out to the Socreates support team, who were able to diagnose an issue with my new phone's ability to install and run the app; in less than a week, they had an updated version of the app that worked with the Android 12 OS.
