Issues While Using the App

1. Help! I just logged into my account, and all my progress was erased.

This may occur if you have multiple accounts or logins. For instance, if you created an account with Facebook or Apple ID a few weeks ago but recently set up a new account with Gmail, you might be logged into the account with less progress.

Solution:

  • Log out of the app.
  • Log back in using your other account credentials.
  • If you selected “Delete My Account” in the Settings menu, your data has been permanently deleted as per your request, and it cannot be recovered.

  • Ensure push notifications are enabled for the Socreates app.
  • Follow the instructions here to enable notifications.
  • Keep in mind that changes to reminder times may take up to 24 hours to update. For example, if you change a reminder from 3 PM to 6 PM, the notification may not appear until 6 PM the next day.
5. How to fix “iPhone reminders not working.”

Try these steps to resolve reminder issues on your iPhone:

  • Reboot your iPhone.
  • Press the power button until “Slide to Power Off” appears.
  • Turn off your iPhone, wait a few moments, and turn it back on.
  • Toggle Reminders in iCloud: Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Reminders. Turn off Reminders, wait a moment, and turn them back on.
