The Socreates App is available on iPhones and Android phones for a seamless mobile experience. You can also access it on desktop via www.socreatesweb.com. However, the app is not yet optimized for tablets, so functionality may be limited.
Minimum Requirements for Optimal Performance
Android: Requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later (Android 10 recommended) with at least 2GB of RAM (8GB recommended).
iOS (iPhones): Requires iOS 13.0 or above with a minimum of 150MB of available RAM.
What data do you track?
We only track in-app activities that enhance your emotional well being journey - such as the day and time of your sessions, the number of Insight Videos unlocked, and practices like Heartfulness Flows, Sacred Geometry Pulses, or 33-Second Tune-Ups. We also log when you use tools like VentBox or HeartBox to remind you after 24 hours. Your recordings remain safe on your device - we never access them.
Is my data shared?
No. Your personal reflections, journaling, and recordings are completely private. Your mindfulness and meditation practices remain secure and are never shared.
How do I install the Socreates app?
Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements. iPhone users can download it from the App Store, while Android users can get it from Google Play.
How do I create an account?
Easily sign up using Gmail, Facebook, or Apple, or register with your email and a password to begin your journey toward stress relief techniques and meditation for mental health.
How do I delete my account?
At any time, you can remove your account and all associated data by visiting Settings in the app. If you only wish to pause, uninstalling the app may be a better option.
How do I uninstall the app?
On iPhone, press and hold the Socreates app icon until it shakes, then tap the “X.” On Android, select “Uninstall.” Remember, uninstalling does not delete your account - you must do so manually from Settings.
Do I need to cancel a subscription?
No, Socreates does not have recurring subscriptions. The app is free with 10 sessions included. If you purchase a journey for $9.99, it is yours permanently - no hidden fees or ongoing charges.
How are payments processed?
Payments are secure via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal (for SocreatesWeb.com). Refunds must be requested through the platform used for purchase.
